Bridging Healthcare Gaps: Global Talent, Local Impact

Unified Quality Training offers a comprehensive workforce solution for healthcare and aged care providers. Our nationally accredited training programs ensure that our candidates possess the skills, knowledge, and cultural competence required to excel in Australian healthcare settings.

What we do

International Job Ready Carers and Nurses: Your Future Workforce

Fully Certified Carers

All of our candidates hold the CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support, ensuring they meet the high standards set by the Royal Commission into Aged Care Quality and Safety, which states: “Organisations should have a workforce that is sufficient, skilled, and qualified to provide safe, respectful, and quality care and services.” Our carers have practical experience in aged care, disability, and community services, allowing them to deliver exceptional care and transition smoothly into their roles.

Experienced and Dedicated Registered Nurses

We provide comprehensive support to registered nurses in their journey toward AHPRA registration in Australia. Nurses can begin working as trainees in Cert III roles, gaining valuable hands-on experience while completing the Outcome-Based Assessment (OBA), OSCE, and NCLEX exams. This structured pathway not only equips them with the practical skills needed to succeed but also ensures they meet all regulatory requirements for full registration, enabling them to seamlessly transition into nursing roles and contribute effectively to the healthcare system.

Partner with us to build a reliable, passionate, and dedicated long-term workforce that meets your staffing needs at scale.

We help you reduce scheduling stress and dependency on agency staff, allowing you to optimise rosters, enhance employee satisfaction, and ensure your organisation consistently meets quality and compliance standards. Let us support your mission to deliver exceptional care with a team you can count on.
